10-Day Inspection Period
From the moment the vehicle is delivered to your designated address, you have 10 full days to inspect, test drive, and verify the condition of the vehicle. We encourage you to have the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic of your choice during this period.
Rejecting Delivery
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a Bill of Lading. If you notice any major discrepancies or undisclosed damage immediately upon arrival, you have the right to Reject Delivery on the spot. The vehicle will remain on the truck, and your payment will be refunded immediately.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a full refund, the vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when delivered.
- The vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents or sustained new damage.
- The vehicle must not have been modified or altered.
- The vehicle must be driven less than 250 miles during the inspection period.
Return Guarantee
You have 10 full days from delivery to drive, inspect, and fall in love with your new ride.
We do not charge restocking fees for returns initiated within the 10-day window.
